Sustainable, organic, and local. The Red Stag Supper Club is a great neighborhood joint in Northeast Minneapolis with a menu created by Chef William Baskin, formerly of Cosmos Minneapolis, focusing on fresh and seasonal products. They also have a unique twist to a lot of traditional dishes.
Small plates: ($1-10) including Mac & Cheese (with lobster & truffle), Smelt Fries (Recommended!), and Big Plates: Steaks, Fish, Stroganoff, and many other great options ($15-25). They also have a liquor list with hard to find, yet high quality boozes and a large and diverse tap list with something for every beer lover.
As the first LEED-Certified restaurant in Minneapolis, the Red Stag is a new concept blending health (both personal and environmental) and lifestyle into one incredible place to eat. They offer Live Music Thursday nights at 10pm and Friday-Saturday nights at 10:30pm, never a cover!
